Common questions
Do I need to bring my car anywhere?
No. Sparkwave is fully mobile. We come to your home or workplace anywhere in Langley, Surrey, Coquitlam and Maple Ridge.
How is pricing determined?
Prices are set by vehicle size: cars, SUVs/crossovers, and trucks, 3-row SUVs and vans (bigger vehicles take longer). Every price is listed on the service pages, and we confirm the final price with you before we start.
Is there a travel fee?
Not in Langley. Outside Langley (Surrey, Coquitlam, Maple Ridge and nearby) there’s a travel fee of up to $35, depending on distance. We’ll include it in your quote.
When do I pay?
After the work is done. We walk through the result with you, make sure you’re fully satisfied, and then collect payment.
Can you remove pet hair and odours?
Yes. Pet hair removal is a $30 add-on and our ozone odour treatment is a $50 add-on. Both can be added to any interior detail.
Is the headlight restoration guaranteed?
Yes. Every headlight restoration is finished with a UV-protective coating and backed by a 1-year warranty.
What’s the difference between the Ceramic Wash & Seal and the Mini Exterior?
The Mini Exterior is a maintenance wash finished with a spray sealant. The Ceramic Wash & Seal goes further: we clay bar the paint to remove bonded grime, then apply a ceramic coating sealant that protects and beads water for up to a year.
Do you need my water and power?
Yes. For a detail at your place we need access to an outdoor water tap and a standard power outlet. We bring our own hoses and extension cords. Interior-only details just need a power outlet. No access? Drop your vehicle off with us in Willoughby, Langley, or we can pick it up and bring it back.
Can I drop off my car instead?
Yes, for cars, SUVs and crossovers (our space can’t fit trucks, vans or 3-row SUVs). Drop-off in Willoughby, Langley is the same price as a mobile detail, with no travel fee. We can also pick your vehicle up and return it when it’s done, at no extra charge (the usual travel fee applies outside Langley).
